SHarizONA teas~
continuing experimenting in the garden and in the kitchen. my mint is growing wild! i can't decide if it's an herb or a weed now! whatever it is, the smell and taste is refreshing! i picked a handful together with few chamomile flowers to make new SHarizONA tea-- hot or iced.

1 handful fresh mint
few fresh chamomile flowers
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 T spoons honey
about 1/2 quart boiling water

wash and tear mint leaves, put them on the bottom of tea pot or heat resistant pitcher, add chamomile, honey, lemon juice and lemon. boil water and slowly poor over the tea mix. let steep for at least 1/2 hour. enjoy warm or over ice!
